How much does it cost? – There is a up-front fee of £15.00 which covers 30 minutes of remote support computer work. We then an additional £15.00 per every 30 minutes after this. We will always give you a rough idea about what you can expect to pay for each session depending on the work required.
How long will it take? – Simple remote support jobs are normally resolved with in the hour. Jobs that take longer may require a site visit or for you to bring in your computer.
How do I start my remote session? – Once you have contacted us we ask you to download the AnyDesk remote IT Support tool. Once the tool has been download you will be asked to enter in a 9 digit pin number to start the remote session.
